CyncHealth Iowa expects the public health registries may be bidirectional at the discretion of CyncHealth Iowa and the State of Iowa.
The intent is to understand what the respondent is proposing in regards to resources for the project. The respondent should also identify any expectations of CyncHealth Iowa in regards to support, collaboration, or responsibilities.
CyncHealth Iowa will ascertain Part 2 status of the data sharing organization.
CyncHealth Iowa identifies the population of Iowa as 3.9 million. This is the expected number of member records.
CyncHealth Iowa’s expectation is that data exchange occurs via USCDI data sharing standards. The respondent should anticipate that all hospitals and ambulatory participants will share CCDs, and we anticipate parsing necessary for a portion of the CCDs.
CyncHealth Iowa expects additional integrations with providers as the network grows, including long-term care (approximately 425 facilities), assisted living (approximately 450 facilities), family and specialty care practices (approximately 1500 clinics), and health plans (8).
Respondents should anticipate a number of entry points to include SSO, embedded windows, APIs, and other interoperability solutions to mitigate workflow burden.
Respondents should anticipate all hospitals with all feeds necessary to meet the USCDI standard of data sharing.
At this time, 250 Direct addresses are provisioned, and respondents should plan for future needs with market changes.
The respondent should describe the capabilities of the proposed solution. However, the data elements desired for trending will likely include USCDI V3 elements.
CyncHealth Iowa identifies the population of Iowa as 3.9 million. The respondent should use this for estimates.
CyncHealth Iowa does plan integration into the a single sign-on/landing page. Currently the HIE solution for Nebraska and Iowa leverage the same MFA landing page.
