Jen Fletcher Named Iowa Executive Director at CyncHealth Iowa

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Jen Fletcher to the role of Iowa Executive Director to support the unique needs of our Iowa customers.

Jen will continue CyncHealth Iowa’s work to cultivate meaningful connections with current and prospective participants, staying in tune with evolving clinician needs and ensuring CyncHealth Iowa is offering the right solutions at the right time. Her leadership will be instrumental in serving as a vital liaison between stakeholders and our internal project teams, driving strategy forward.

In this role, Jen will stay on top of industry trends and translate Iowa market opportunities into practical solutions for participants.

“I’m looking forward to hearing about our participants’ needs and meeting them where they’re at,” says Jen.

She’ll build strong relationships by regularly visiting participants across the state, helping to promote CyncHealth Iowa’s health information exchange and solutions.

Whether connecting with potential new participants or maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, Jen will conduct outreach to a wide array of facilities, including hospitals, clinics, share information about products and services and stay tuned in to participant needs. One of those products is the CyncHealth Iowa Provider Portal, which serves as the access point to the state’s health information exchange and was launched early this year, and Jen has been spearheading the rollout.

“I am very excited to step into this new role and focus on enhancing the health information exchange experience, listening to challenges, and identifying ways we can better serve our customers,” says Jen.

Jen has been with CyncHealth since early 2024 as Director of Health System Services. Prior to joining CyncHealth, she served as Program Director at Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

As a native Iowan, born and raised in Shenandoah and currently residing in Underwood, she brings over 10 years of Iowa healthcare experience to CyncHealth Iowa.
