Omaha, NE (09/05/25) CyncHealth is proud to announce Jennifer Fletcher, Iowa Executive Director, has been selected as a participant in Leadership Iowa’s 2025–26 program, the state’s “premier issues-awareness initiative” organized by the Iowa Association of Business and Industry (ABI) Foundation.
According to the Iowa Association of Business and Leadership’s post:
“Since its founding in 1982, more than 1,500 Iowans have participated in the program, representing every corner of the state as well as a wide range of industries, companies, and backgrounds. Leadership Iowa’s mission is to educate, inspire, and connect a network of informed leaders while fostering their continued engagement at the local and statewide levels.“

A Year of Learning and Leadership
As part of the 2025–26 class, Jennifer will join 39 other leaders from across Iowa in monthly two-day sessions held in different communities. Each session will explore key topics shaping Iowa’s future, including:
- Agriculture & Renewable Resources – Fort Dodge
- Workforce & Economic Development – Cedar Valley
- Government – Des Moines
- Manufacturing – Muscatine
- Education – Decatur County
- Rural Vitality – Perry
The program begins with an Opening Retreat in Indianola this October and concludes with graduation at ABI’s Annual Conference in Iowa City/Coralville in June 2026.
