CyncHealth is proud to announce that Kari Majors, VP, Executive Director of CyncHealth Minnesota, has been appointed to the Minnesota e-Health Advisory Committee, a public-private collaborative shaping the future of health information technology, data exchange, and interoperability across the state. Established in 2004, the Advisory Committee brings together leaders from across the healthcare landscape to advance Minnesota’s eHealth vision:
“All communities and individuals benefit from, and are empowered by, information and technology that advances health equity and supports health and wellbeing.”
During her two-year term, Kari will represent both CyncHealth and the broader healthcare technology industry. In this role, she will contribute to work groups focusing on health information exchange, systems interoperability, and privacy and security, providing strategic guidance to support statewide health innovation.
“I’m honored to be appointed to the Minnesota e-Health Advisory Committee and deeply grateful to Commissioner Brooke Cunningham and Committee Co-Chairs for the opportunity to serve,” said Kari. “This is a chance to collaborate and learn from incredible leaders and contribute to solving the interoperability challenges that impact communities across Minnesota.”
With more than two decades of experience in health information, community health, and interoperability, Kari will bring valuable perspective to the committee’s work. Her experience spans Minnesota and neighboring states, giving her insight into regional approaches to the work CyncHealth champions: advancing interoperability, improving healthcare. This appointment positions her to collaborate further, ensuring that communities and stakeholders have a voice in shaping solutions that can benefit all Minnesotans.
CyncHealth and the Minnesota e-Health Advisory Committee are closely aligned in their commitment to advancing health equity and well-being through shared information and technology. CyncHealth looks forward to Kari’s contributions toward this important work in support of Minnesota’s eHealth goals.
We are proud of Kari’s appointment and excited for the impact this work will have on patients and communities across Minnesota.
