Healthcare is better together

It’s CyncHealth’s mission to make healthier possible for all people.

What drives us

Patient care is complicated enough without trying to do it in a vacuum. When providers aren’t able to communicate, mistakes happen, costs rise, and patients suffer.

That’s why we’re breaking down barriers to deliver the right information at the point of care—every time. It’s more than sharing data between providers—CyncHealth empowers care teams to work together for better health outcomes, lower costs, and thriving communities.

Together we can do healthcare better.

Our mission is to put the power of data to work to empower care teams to work together for better health outcomes, lower costs, and thriving communities.

How we’re different

We believe that connected care leads to better care, as well as improved clinical and financial outcomes. Our comprehensive suite of care coordination solutions provides a health data utility that is trusted by leading hospitals across the Midwest to support their teams in providing whole person care.

Built for how clinicians practice, the platform allows seamless collaboration between providers, real-time access to patient records, prescription drug monitoring and event notification, and data-driven analytics.

CyncHealth is the powerful connector that allows healthcare organizations to do what they do best—care for patients.

Our history

CyncHealth began in 2008 as a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to enable providers in the State of Nebraska to exchange healthcare data and support them in providing holistic and effective care to all patients. More than a decade later, CyncHealth now serves more than 1,100 facilities and connects over five million lives across the Midwest. We are proud that our health data utility serves as a highway of healthcare data exchange, and makes us a partner in leveraging this data to:

  • Coordinate care across the continuum
  • Improve patient care
  • Ease the burden on providers
  • And create healthier communities

We invite you to join us in making healthcare better together.
