Our time serving Iowa as the Health Information Exchange (HIE) has concluded as of May 6, 2026.
Thank You, Iowa.
It has been our privilege to partner with Iowa’s healthcare community to advance the Health Information Exchange (HIE) across the state. We are deeply grateful for the collaboration, trust and commitment of healthcare organizations, public health partners and stakeholders across Iowa.
Advancing Health Information Exchange Together
During our time in Iowa, CyncHealth Iowa expanded participation across 2,000 care sites. From hospitals to clinics, emergency services to long-term care, our approach to longitudinal health records helped close healthcare gaps and connect data across Iowa. Together, we strengthened connectivity, improved access to critical data and supported the day-to‑day work of clinicians, public health professionals, and care teams.
Making Iowans healthier was only possible because of the trust placed in us and the shared belief in the value of collaboration and interoperability. As our time serving Iowa comes to a close, we remain grateful for the relationships we have built and the work we have accomplished together. While CyncHealth Iowa will no longer be providing services in the state, our collective efforts to strengthen data sharing and health systems have laid the groundwork that will continue to support Iowa’s healthcare ecosystem.
It has truly been an honor to serve Iowa. We wish the state continued success and remain grateful for the opportunity to have been part of Iowa’s health information exchange journey.
