As we publish our 2024 CyncHealth annual report and look back on 2024, we’re proud of the progress we made alongside our partners across Nebraska, Iowa, and beyond. • Resolved 3,500+ controllable issues across Iowa care sites

• Advanced a data completeness initiative

• Implemented a new account management framework

• Transitioned support services to a 24/7 Operations Center

• Improved VXU validation, easing vaccine reporting burdens

• Released an updated Bed Dashboard in Iowa

• Earned HIO certification in Minnesota

• Secured legislative sponsorship for innovative funding in Nebraska

• Refreshed our mission, values, and website

• Hosted our second annual Social Care Forum

• Named to The Sequoia Project’s Interop100

• Supported DHHS strategic planning

• Deployed a FHIR API for improved data interoperability

• Achieved Qualified Entity status under CMS’s Medicare Data Sharing Program

• Streamlined Iowa syndromic surveillance onboarding (0 messages filtered!)
